The quickest way to create a custom bulleted list in Word 2007 is to change the formatting of an existing (or automatically created) bulleted list. Word automatically formats text as a bulleted list when you begin a paragraph with * or > or -> or <> or – followed by a space, Word changes what you typed to a bullet and a tab, adds a bullet character by the paragraph, and creates a ¼-inch hanging indent. (If the paragraphs already have hanging indents, the original settings are preserved.)
1Hover your mouse pointer over the little downward arrow next to the Bullet button.
The Bullet button (first one in the upper row of buttons on the Ribbon’s Paragraph tab) offers a tooltip.
2Click the arrow next to the Bullets button to reveal the gallery of bullet styles.
Western golf cart serial number lookup. The Bullet Library portion of the gallery shows (and stores) your favorite bullets.

3If you have other open documents with bulleted lists, check them to see whether they have bullets you like.
If the keyboard shortcuts do not work, you may need to first set automatic numbering or bullets. To start a bulleted list: Press the. asterisk button(Shift + 8) where you would like to begin your list. Figure 2:Bullets and Numbers buttons in Word 2010's Ribbon. In Microsoft PowerPoint 2007/2010/2013/2016/2019 and Publisher 2010/2013, you can get the Bullets command and Numbers command with completely same way. In Microsoft Visio 2010/2013/2016/2019 you can get the Bullets command with the way we mentioned above, but not Numbers command.

Hi All,
This seems like an easy question, but I have been unable to find a solution (maybe there is none). Basically, I want to use Pages instead of Word's Notebook Layout for taking notes. The one feature I particularly like in Word's Notebook Layout is when you press the tab button, instead on doing just an intent it does an intent with a bullet mark. Similarly, when you press tab again, it does a next level bullet point.
I realize in pages the tab should and must do just an intent for regular word processing. However, is there a relatively easy key stroke to put an intent with a bullet. That would make typing notes MUCH faster than needing to go to the menu each time..
Thanks,
TM
